We need to make it clear that we do not send foreign soils or restricted soils back. They will be destroyed. See the attached jpg to show what we would like to have:
If they choose the "Foreign Soils (Quarantined) option, then turn off two of the options to dispose of samples. Replace with the warning:
"Quarantined soils will be destroyed 60 days after releasing the test results."

Might not be able to disable because of work flow, but should be able to add validation logic.
